Check your browser settings options to serve the desktop site.

The mobile site is working fine for me (iPhone 5S).

A mobile version of the forums was something quite a few of us asked for a while back. Glad to see it's been implemented.

Tapatalk would be an excellent addition. I hope this happens.

Allow an on-screen option of selecting desktop or mobile version. Or let the user set it in their profile so they get their preference when they log in. But please don't make the users jump through hoops modifying their local settings to send a different user agent string just to make this one site look the way they want it to.

    This. Please.

I can't stand the mobile version. Please provide an opt out, at the very least.

99% of the time I post on CBR (or any recreational surfing) it's on my phone. I sit in front a computer all day at work, so I don't usually do so at home (unless I've work to do, hahaha).

It's become tedious now to post here, as I now have to grab the laptop. The mobile version of the forums is completely unusable. Half of the board functions are absent, and the ones that are represented are glitchy (making things as simple as quoting a post a bit of a task).

If you can't disable the mobile version entirely (I can't imagine people are actually going to use it as it is), at least allow it to be turned off.

Pretty sure you can add something in the footer of the template as ablink to desktop version.

That said, I mostly prefer the mobile site for mobile. But it has the same annoying drawbacks as every other mobile site.

    Will be great on Tapatalk.

I've been on vBulletin sites that included a "Full Site" link at the bottom of the page, such as here:
    http://www.animator.net/forum/
    http://www.easywdw.com/forums/

    Those ones work great.

Yes this forum needs an app. This mobile version is a dinosaur.

So, can we get an update telling us what direction you're going in, CBR?

Agreed about wanting the option to use the desktop version. When I first experienced CBR's relaunch, I was using my mobile device. Was originally horrified that this would be the new layout all around.

Hey folks, we're going to turn off the mobile version in moments.

Unfortunately it's a bad option for CBR. I explain why here: http://community.comicbookresources....p-a-New-Server

It appears that easywdw.com is using the same software as us, but have installed a plug in to get the full site. Believe it or not, that's not automatic with vBulletin.

We could install that plug-in, but it appears no one liked the mobile option as available, so is it worth it?
