I was such a huge fan of Hudlin and Hickman's Storm and Susan Storm interactions. The FF BP arc where Shuri, Sue, and Storm take on the monsters while Reed and Tchalla had a nice chat with Bast was everything. An all female team consisting of Sue, Storm, Shuri, She Hulk, and Captain Marvel is something I'd read the crap out of.

Love this thread. My favorite women in the Marvel U are:
    Black Widow
    Rogue
    Invisible Woman
    Spider-Girl (Mayday Parker)

"Lah-de-dah, li'l man, y'all got me shakin' in my boots." is one of my favorite lines uttered by a comic book character.

I'd really like it if soon we get an Avengers type Brian Wood X-men book; with an all female cast; I'd love that!

A comic I love is Ellis and Immonen's Nextwave, Agents of HATE.
In a team of five, three: Monica Rambeau, Elsa Bloodstone, and Tabby Smith are female, and Monica leads. It's brilliant in an insane sort of way, and extremely funny. Here's the girls.

That could be real good, I'd have to see Carol and Monica on it. Some spider woman, black widow, She Hulk, and Shuri. That team kicks ass.

Here is some insight into Meme(posting links to pages so as not to spoil anything :

You should really think about going back and getting into X-Force, Kieran. I remember you saying you didn't care much for the first issue and how Fanto was portrayed but it really has picked up and Spurrier has actually given reasons in story for the whys and hows characters are acting certain ways. I had a friend who didn't much care for it but he stuck with it and now it's his favorite book.
Thanks for posting this. I'd been wondering where spoilers:
    Hope Summers
end of spoilers has been. But ... why is she spoilers:
piggybacking on another mutant to be close to Cable? Is she in a coma or something?
    end of spoilers

    b) that page with the "elders" was AWESOME (and so nice to see a writer acknowledge all the other comics and factions)
    c) spoilers:
so Meme is basically Hope, if Meme is brain dead, right?

    Yes.

And yes. She was hurt in the Alexandria Incident as well and has been out since.

QUESTION: which of the current female solo series do you buy, which is your favourite, and will you be buying Storm's new solo series?

She Hulk. It's a book which has never failed to make me happy. I've also been pulling the adjectiveless X-Men.

I haven't decided with Storm, I think I'll wait to see how it's received.
