Default Neal Adams' Coming of the Supermen

Do you guys think this will be a good series, one to get every month? Or one to get when the hardcover comes out? Or one not to bother with at all?

I’m looking forward to it. I’ll most likely read it every month.

While Adams is a great artist his writing in Batman Odyssey was terrible. I struggled through 3 issues before I had to give it up. Hopefully his writing has improved this time around but I'll wait to see what others think first before I pull the trigger and buy it.

I know 100% I'll pick up the hardcover, unless it gets Odyssey level reviews. If it gets reviews even BETTER than I'm hoping, I may have to make the trek down to the comic shop to pick up the single and get a taste of it.

Given how poorly his last Batman project went, I plan on skipping the whole thing completely, unless people I trust say its amazing.

The premise doesnt seem all that inspired either; if I want a good "Supermen of the multiverse" story, I'll read Superman Beyond, you know?

But if its good I'll read it.

I'll most likely be getting it every month. It almost certainly will be wild fun.

It's the most optimistic I've been in a while, and oddly, I'm not all that interested in Kirby stuff.

I expect it to be similar to his Batman, but I will pick it up regardless.

Just a friendly reminder of how rad Adams is.

I'll be sad if Superman doesn't punch some dinosaurs in this.

When is the first issue supposed to be out again? I know they delayed it a couple of times, but it's within the next week or so, yes? Just want to see the preview pages to get a sense of the final interior art and of course, the dialogue...

I found Batman: Odyssey to mainly great silly fun, but bogged down by excessive exposition. If someone else does the dialogue then I'm there (in the eventual TPB)

There needs to be a whole issue devoted to this.

Yeah, unless it's delayed at the last minute it should be out on the 24th.
