Circe and Medusa are in one of the stories in Black and Gold #1.
Circe and Medusa are in one of the stories in Black and Gold #1.
Wonder Woman: Black and Gold #4 features not one, not two, but THREE villains!
spoilers:end of spoilers
Giganta appears in "Amazing". Don't get too excited, though. She's just used as a punching bag again.
THEM! appears in "Whatever Happened to Cathy Perkins?" This is a deep deep cut that made me deliriously happy. Their role is pretty small, but lovely to see them nevertheless.
Hypnota appears in "Love Failed" and gets the best showing of the villains by far.
Cheetah in Deathstroke #1

Who is that purple-haired lady? Can't be Circe, right?
Currently(or soon to be) Reading: Absolute Power, Batman/Superman: World's Finest, Birds of Prey, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Justice Society of America, Shazam, Titans, & Wonder Woman.
They are having him go up against Lex Luther and the rest of the LoD as well, which is so odd it actually makes me wonder where the series is going.
6th, WW was 7th. Meaning Cheetah would be the fastest woman (cat?) alive. And yeah, same guy who’s doing this series.
He also had Cheetah going up against Martian Manhunter in Justice League, but in that same issue Nightwing was way too strong IMO although I don’t think it really came at the expense of anyone looking bad, it was more an eye-roll (like Nightwing dodging Sinestro’s constructs…okay I guess…).
Basically, he’s far, far, from the worst when it comes to jobbing, but I do think he cares more about making things look cool more than anything. He’s probably gonna give Slade an Excalibur sword that will put him on Cheetahs level that we will never see again because plot.

It’s a new character (afawk), Juliette Ballantine, running an organization called TRUST that Deathstroke and Black Canary join. I enjoyed the first issue, but Porter’s art seemed rushed, compared to what I remember him doing on past titles.
I’m a sucker for a shady acronym-ed organization that forces a hero and villain together. Hopefully it’ll continue to be fun as they go after other villains.
I’d read a whole series about the dysfunction in the Wilson family, so hopefully more of them will show up.
WW 80th Anniversary 100-Page Spectacular is pretty light on villains:

Giganta, Cheetah, and Blue Snowman cameo on Cloonrad's story.
"Better Angels" by Vita Ayala is a Cheetah-centric story from the Perez era, and is quite good.
EDIT: Apparently glossed over the Dear Diana... story which features Minister Blizzard and Saturn Rising which features Mephisto Saturno and Saturnette.
