What if the Outlaws = the Outsiders?

This book could really be a remix of RHatO and the Outsiders (I'm mostly thinking of Dick and Roy's team, but Tim technically did lead one version, too). Batman assigns Jason to lead a team, Jason decides to call them the Outlaws, and recruits Roy/Tim to be his #2. I mean, Red Hood, Starfire, Arsenal, Red Robin, Metamorpho, Katana, Black Lightning, and some others would be a pretty good team, right? Roy, Kori and Tim's inclusion is really based on what DC wants to do with them.
