Story was awesome! A lot happened in this one. My only complaint is the scripting was a bit... Rushed? I don't know. The voice of Vulture, a Gang Leader Cannibal, seemed way off to me for the most part.

I agree to things seeming a little rushed. Could have used another issue or two. I wonder if the Civil War II tie-ins are into the plan and he had to compress a little bit to hit all the important beats.

Family Feud? Who could that be?

I wondered since Tempest is alive, and she was pregnant, and they have access to time travel... Could that be a Miguel Jr?
The costume on our mystery man has a slightly different design to it. While it may be just an artistic thing for Miguel's old costume, it might belong to a future son assuming that Tempest was pregnant and has him at some point.
Considering time travel though, where would this child be from?

Me, I'm glad it's going to last 20+ issues.
What's that strange shape around "Spidey"'s hand? Shape-shifting? Could it be Kron?
Gee, I really shouldn't trust my sight on low res pics. Thanks.
Yes, thank you very much. I had to use the magnifier to see for myself as well. That said, I like the customization of the original Spider-Man 2099 costume, and am looking forward to seeing who the other web-slinger from the future is. Wouldn't be surprised if it was Kron, given that Kron was bonded to the Venom symbiote, which does grant Spider-Man-like abilities to its hosts. Wouldn't be surprised if it was Gabe, either, given how in the mystery being built up around Goblin 2099 by Peter David, Gabe was a believable enough red herring on account of his growing resentment for Miguel and his awareness that Miguel was Spider-Man all along. Of course, Peter David could turn around and have the guy in the modified original 2099 suit be Miguel Stone from Secret Wars 2099, seeing Miguel O'Hara from the 2099 we're more familiar with as a usurper or rival to be toppled and using a version of the original 2099 suit as a form of psychological warfare.
The spider is always on the hunt.
Hadn't checked solicits in a while, apparently this Civil War II tie-in will be going on for at least four issues? Well, I say "tie-in", but it so far seems to have a very very very loose connection. Anyway, yeah, of all the 2099 characters I expected to pop up, I wasn't expecting that. Interesting. Will have to go find my single issues and read up to get some background.
Meh.
I read the issue and spoilers:end of spoilers
I'm glad Miggy's staying out of that mess while re-establishing the 2099 world. Didn't expect 2099 Punisher back though.
Le Suck it, Dolphin!
