I never said he was at Buu level. Just that he was bouncy like Buu. No idea how powerful the guy really was other than he was a joke in all other stats compared to Goku.

So he was basically a modern version of Buyon. Underrated concept of a villain whose composition enables it to not feel pain or be damaged from attacks. Concepts like that would have helped so much with DB's power scale.

Welcome to Rumbles! I would highly advise reading the stickies on the rules of the board.

Short form, we go by feats shown by the character, using their high-end feats which are also consistent with the presentation of the character in their primary media.

We don't wish-cast random stuff like that. Kars is a statue made of very fragile paper maché compared to Goku. Goku, by the end of Z (so not even counting Super) is a trivial, casual planet-buster with reaction speeds that are some significant fraction of the speed of light. Kars is... none of those things. If they fought in a story, sure, the author can make whatever they want happen. Here? Goku walks up, moving billions of times faster than Kars can perceive, and punches Kars directly into the sun.
