Is Brubaker's Incognito coming back? (icon) *spoilers*

I was just wondering if Brubaker was done with this? Hi there I assumed more would be coming out because of the nature of the ending, or is that's just how Brubaker chose to end his story? (with Overkill in prison)

Anyone have any information on this?

Brubaker announced a 5 year exclusive with Image not too long ago, and AFAIK what is published under Icon is creator owned so he could take the property over there if he wants to tell another story set in that world.

But no announcements about have been made that I know of.

Last as I heard/knew, it was not part of the immediate future plans at Image. For right now, it's wrap up Fatale and start the new title.

Incognito/Criminal have not been mentioned.
