Hey all!
I just finished re-reading Civil War before the new Cap movie and I got a little confused about Brubaker's run on Cap.
What would be the best way to collect the complete storyline? I prefer the omnibusses but the first one is very expensive. I saw that there were some ultimate collections but they seem to be a bit all over the place to me... Also, were there ever any hardcovers or OHCs?

I'd read the whole thing. Marvel unlimited is a great way to get caught up. It's my favorite run in Marvel history and very rewarding. Bru's second run with Steve is luke warm but his 14 issue Winter Soldier run that came out at the same time, and everything from the first "winter soldier" arc to Reborn is integral.

I'm pretty sure I have the correct order, and hopefully I didn't leave any out, but I think this is the order of TPBs you'd get for Brubaker's Captain America run.

- Captain America: Red Menace
- Captain America: Civil War
- Captain America: Death of Captain America
- Captain America: The Man with No Face
- Captain America: Road to Reborn
- Captain America: Reborn
- Captain America: Two Americas
- Captain America: No Escape
- Steve Rogers: Super Soldier
- Captain America: The Trial of Captain America
- Captain America: Prisoner of War
- Captain America and Bucky: The Life Story of Bucky Barnes
- Captain America and Bucky: Old Wounds
Then we got the "Second" Run, Which is really when Steve returns as Cap...

- Captain America by Ed Brubaker, Vol. 2
- Captain America by Ed Brubaker, Vol. 3
- Captain America by Ed Brubaker, Vol. 4
