When you say, "turn from bad to good", do you mean how he acted during AXIS with the white armor? The simple answer is that coming out of Secret Wars, his personality was reverted to the way it was before AXIS, making him no longer the Superior Iron Man.

We learned in Secret Wars that Reed, directing Molecule Man's powers, shaped the new world. Based on Silver Surfer, it kinda seems like the old universe was revived, but Reed made some alterations.

It was in the last issue of the SS series before the relaunch as I recall. It came out before SW #9

Silver Surfer has very little to say abobout ANAD. Many thought it would because of the way the story was going, but we know from The Ultimates that this is a new universe, and we can tell from Secret Wars that it is pretty much based upon the last days of the 616 with an implication there was an attempt to fix a few things.

The last few issues of Iron Man before SW have more to say about Iron Man than any other comic.
