    It's been a good 20 years since i read anything 2099, but I have never seen any evidence that he is anything but white back then. Sure, his name is Miguel, but:

    - Names might fall in or out of popularity in a hundred tears. In 2099, maybe "Takashi" or "Bjork" are also common names in the states.

    Actually, here comes an honest doubt for anyone in this thread; what are actually Latinos? Does any country with a primarily latin history/language classify? Are Spain, Portugal, France and Italy latin countries? Or is the whole "latino" thing just used to describe the very mixed populations of countries in South and central America?

    He is part mexican and part irish,but he is considered latino.

    I said in a another thread that have not seen his face clearly and i have not seen that tmuch of him and when i do he has his mask on.
    So that's why i said i do not know if he was a while latino or not.

    There are more superheros of color is marvel and dc that are not on these list

    Remember i am going by when they have been shown recently in the last couple of months JUST LIKE THE MARVEL LIST ABOVE.
    By the way dc has been creating new superheros of color recently that i did not know about until recently.
    The are more marvel superheros of color active or shown more oftern in marvel comics but dc has improvement again overtime

    Following the events of Flashpoint, history is rewritten so that the incarnation of the Teen Titans Kiran joined never existed. However, Red Robin is shown watching a new report from India showing Kiran using her powers.In the following issue, Kiran is shown to be incarcerated in the same facility as Kid Flash. Her powers appear to have been altered by N.O.W.H.E.R.E, giving her body a black, smokey appearance with light shining through various cracks and openings. Despite the changes and abuse she suffered however, she seems to retain her good and hopeful nature. She will be joining the new incarnation of Teen Titans.

    Remember the x-men have a number of teams but there are many members and not everyone will be shown every month.
