My vote is for X-Men Legends. This was the ultimate game for X-Men fans. It had a good number of fan favorite characters, you could actually explore the X-Mansion, and best of all, you could hone your skills in the Danger Room, including several scenarios based on big events from X-Men history (like Juggernaut's first attack on the X-Mansion and the return of the Sentinels when they ambushed the X-Men in New York). All of this already would have made it one of the best Marvel games, but then they added an actual good story that I would have enjoyed reading over a 2 year comic book arc.

And the game was actually pretty fun to play too. I love this game.

Other favorites of mine: X-Men (Genesis), X-Men (the arcade game), Captain America and the Avengers (arcade), Spider-Man (PS1), Spider-Man 2.

If your willing to go all the way back to any console I would suggest some of these:

    Spider-Man 2
    Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 & 2
    X-Men Legends 1 & 2
    X-Men Origins Wolverine

Those are some really good ones right out of the gate. The Alliance games and legend games are 3rd person isometric view loot games similar to Diablo, only with Marvel based characters. I really enjoyed legends apocalypse on the PS2 myself.

I like the Zen Pinball tables. Especially Moon Knight, Blade and Doctor Strange.

But even though I have a PC and a PS3, I tend to forget I have games on them. Most of my gaming is done on my tablet these days.

I thought someone here might mention Spider-Man: Web of Shadows
Not the PSP/PS2 version, that game is crap.
I love the NDS version, and I grew to really enjoy the PC version, or rather the main version.

I played it on Xbox 360. Some of the counter Y timing things were tough, but the leveling tree was awesome and plenty of unlockables to find. I enjoyed this one for sure.

    Spider-Man PS1.
Add new stories, make it HD and it will definitely be a hit

Spiderman PS1 was pretty fantastic at the time. It's quite dated now but it was very very good:

Incredible Hulk was very good - open world with BIG jumps and lots of destruction.

Marvel Nemesis had some good points too:

Amazing Spiderman 1 & 2 on PS3/360 were quite good if not spectacular.

Spiderman Shattered Dimensions had some great art and was ok. Def worth a look for the dimensional changes.

Haven't played much of the Lego games but they look ok.
