BatBale has a lot more experience, feats, and training. He stomps round 1 and murder stomps round 2.

1. Alex makes him fight hard for it, assuming this is just Wayne without his suit. But he probably still takes it.. because he is a man, and assuming they are of equal skill and technique, which there is no reason to doubt this is the case, he wins due to superior strength and bone/muscle density.
2. Depends on what you grant her as standard. Because if you're giving her a rifle and her handgun, I don't see why she wouldn't just shoot him first before he crosses the distance. Pretty sure she can shoot him before he can hit her with anything he has, which is slower than a gun.
