I've included some pictures of the comic book in question. It's Large Feature Comics #7 "Pluto Saves the Ship" (1942). The coloring is amazing. It's a very clean comic. There's only one issue, and it's a major issue: the front and back covers are detached. The comic book is complete. Nothing is missing, no pages are torn or damaged, etc. The pages are only slightly yellowed at the edges. If the cover were attached, it'd grade out pretty high. My question is, if I were to have it graded what do you think it would come in at? Would it still score a 1.0-1.5 even though the detached cover is the only flaw? I'm not planning to grade it. It has been framed and will never be leaving the frame. I'm just curious.
