I might pick this up. If it is the return of ultimate Peter. I don't care much for the other guy. I like Green Goblin in the ultimate universe too.

Well, Osborn didn't kill PP. PP did. PP made that truck explode in his own head not Osborn (or maybe he died from that bullet wound the Punisher gave him, either way Osborn did not kill Peter.

But one have to wonder when MM will get his own villains.

Technically the Fly Guys are his own villains as they never fought Ultimate Peter Parker.

No the first was Kangaroo though he's also faced Mysterio, Electro, Omega Red and Rhino. He's even faced the Brain Trust of Roxxon too if they count. Miles hasn't really gotten too many rogues of his own yet.
