    Emperor Norton also inspired His Imperial Highness Smith from this Lucky Luke adventure:


    Unfortunately, since this character is just "inspired by" Norton, rather than being a fictional version of Norton, that Lucky Luke cover is not eligible for this contest.

    Note: Just to make this absolutely clear, the above is not meant as an entry, I just stated that it's not eligible, and I'm obviously sticking with my James Butler Hickok entry.
