Don't think it's going to be a crossover (if only because of that all Icarus and the Sun thing and the damage Deathmate classic did to the industry) but just a storyline in Valiant.

The partners at Image own properties, though. Just like the last time there was a "Deathmate" series. If the two are already working together on a project, it makes absolute sense that their respective promotional social media accounts would be communicating to each other.

They'd be tweeting with Image Central as Image Central would promote a publishing effort like that. However, I scanned Image's timeline and didn't see any interaction with Valiant's tweets, so there's no indication of any official collaboration between the two publishers.
