I just wanted to chime in, but my favorite build-up to a fight was when Otto had mind-jobbed the entire Sinister Six into the Superior Six and used them to go after the Wrecking Crew for stealing some tech from Alchemex for Lightmaster. The fight degenerated into Otto and the Superior Six with back-up from an army of Spiderlings and Spider-mecha vs The Wrecking Crew, Lightmaster and the Master of Evil. They all were teleported away before they knocked down most of downtown New York. I remember think about how the Avengers would have to be called in if this keeps escalating.

Excellent delving into Otto's mind who sees himself as "David" and Spider-Man as "Goliath." His pep talk was not only for uncle Ben but also for himself considering he found out an alternate reality Ock was responsible for destroying mankind and Peter gets his body back in the future.

I so miss the SpOck years.

SpOck is the kind of character that really needs to exist still somehow, but I can't see how the character could ever return without being at the expense of either Peter Parker or Doc Ock himself.

SpOck made one fatal error that led to his downfall. Due to lack of time he incorporated someone else's technology into his own.

What's old Otto been up to in Amazing these days? Last I checked he was in The Living Brain? I really haven't been keeping up since Spider-Verse.

Pretty much. His return is anticipated in "Dead No More" a story that kicks off with Amazing Spider-Man #19 in September.

Otto's preparing to make his superior return(his words) but will he attempt to take over Peter's body again? He made references to Peter being the perfect vessel but Otto doesn't try the same tactic twice so I'm guessing no. However, another mind transplant might tie in with the premonition Ulysses saw.

Yeah, that was a cool moment. SPock is surrounded by The Masters of Evil, The Wrecking Crew, and The Sinister Six with only the rookie Sun Girl as help. Instead of cracking jokes and fighting his way out, as Peter would have done, he uses his intellect.

Amy Chen had severe brain damage which SpOck cured and her parents were killed in a car accident, I wonder if Slott had intended for Otto to adopt her. Maybe have her develop a super power.

It's amazing how many people loathed the concept of Superior Spider-Man before the book was even released and ended up coming around on the series by the time it had wrapped up.

Otto really seemed to enjoy Peter's family life. I wonder what type of man he would have become if he had a decent upbringing.
