Iron Man - Technical Genius and he does fund the thing after all.
Thor - The Prince of Asgard do you want to argue with him.
Hulk - You don't want to make him angry.
Hawkeye - Best Marksman in the biz
Black Widow - Master Spy & Assassin
Falcon - Air Support
Scarlett Witch – Sorceress of chaos magic (plus she might be a little unstable)
Firestar – Microwave Princess
Spider-Man - Inspiration to millions ( Plus the hero that got me involved in Marvel)
Captain Marvel(Carol) – Bullet proof lady who will take your head off
Red Sonja – That sword looks awful sharp
Angelus – One sword was bad enough, I’m not messing with two

Invaders – Takes Jobs with S.H.I.E.L.D, does stealth jobs in and out without being seen
Team Handler: Darcy Lewis
Captain America(TL) – He did it in World War 2
Hawkeye – Bow comes in Handy when you can’t be seen.
Black Widow – Yeah not arguing with her plus she has a connection to quite a few of her teammates
Spider-Man – Spider-Sense, Wall crawling need I continue.
Falcon – Connection to Cap & Widow plus hello he can go
War Machine – Sometimes the best way is to just blow it up
Agent 13 – Shield agent all I’m saying
Mockingbird – Scientist plus those battle staves can hurt just ask hawkeye
Red Sonja – Swords are useful
Valkyrie – Asgard wanted a rep why not one of its best shield maidens
Jim Hammond – Extra Fuel and Founder one very nice package
Hulk – He loves puppies but he loves to fight.
Magdalena – You do know what she can do with that spear right nope you don’t want to

Coleen Wing – Okay I must really like woman with swords (plus she has worked with Misty before)
Black Cat – Thief knows the mindset
Cloak – Place to hide and he can get you out in a hurry
Dagger – Healer plus daggers (are they like swords)
Ms Marvel (Karla) – psychologist I’m going to keep her out of my head

Well its more alive period, from what I understand Victoria Hand was killed in Agents of Shield (i quite liked her Saffron Burrows was awesome) so even in the cinematic universe she is dead and she was killed in the end of the New Avengers Volume 2 so i would need a believeable way to bring her back, i'll research the other characters and maybe one of them will jump at me.

Why? 'Cause I like them and want them to be teammates and be in stuff.

Laugh all you want, but this combo could end up anywhere, storyline wise: They could end up in space, on the street, in the past, jungle/Aztec pantheon of gods type story (Silverclaw is A+ I don't care what anyone says); they could run into Eternals/Titans/the Greek pantheon, Kree, street-level organized crime, and could even handle more subtle problems where violence is not a viable option.

They'd also probably be hilarious.

Maybe Hercules or Moondragon instead of She-Hulk, but I like Shulkie.

I like everyone here (except Starfox), but the team seems pretty cosmic / spaceworthy, apart from Black Knight and Silverclaw. A sort of Cosmic Avengers could be an interesting thing, and you've got the makings of a solid grouping. Black Knight and Silverclaw might be better on a lower-powered supernatural Avengers grouping, with people like the (pre-reality manipulation) Scarlet Witch, Dr. Druid, Blade, Lionheart, etc.
