    6. Black Widow (Anya aka Recluse see: current Black Widow storyline)

    7. Ant-Man (Eric O’Grady)
    https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com...8378c46351.jpg
source of powers: Pym particles but now comes with a transmittable digital virus

    8. Sentry (Void or Scout)
    https://static1.comicvine.com/upload...untitled-1.jpg

    9. Power Man (Moses Magnum)
    http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/...th_989192_.jpg
sources of powers: mild ionic enhancement to what he already had in the way of enhanced strength, durability, and energy projection

    10. Hulk (Deidre Wentworth)
    http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/...20151007023123
source of powers: genetic manipulation (I figure that Steve recruits the A.I.M scientists who didn't take Dacosta's deal or maybe some of the less loyal ones who did - the hulk treatment seems to be fair game now that Roxxon and H.A.M.M.E.R are using it)

    11. Spiderwoman (Ophelia Sarkissian)
    https://static3.comicvine.com/upload...n_448_26_2.jpg
source of powers: genetic manipulation (a lot of these upgrades for the characters would have a built-in expiration date; for story's sake)

    12. U.S. Agent (Brock Rumlow)
    https://static.comicvine.com/uploads...he_earth_1.jpg
source of powers: some kind of low grade super soldier enhancement since he prefers to rely on his skill anyways

so divide those 12 up any way you like or add more. I think that there are characters like Living Laser or Titania whose power sets and appearances lend themselves to rebranding/hiding in plain sight; not that it’s needed after Rogers takes over.
OMG! ^^ I was going to do almost the same thing! Empire Avengers! I think this is a well-thought-out team you've got here, makes a lot of sense - Taskmaster as Ronin is a nice touch in particular.

The only one which I am iffy about, is Brock Rumlow, aka Crossbones - he would never join Cap! Especially since I figure this would be after Cap has killed off Red Skull.

All right, this is my take on it... THE EMPIRE AVENGERS!

    1. Captain Hydra (Steve Rogers)

    2. Baron Zemo

    3. Atlas (Erik Josten)

    4. Black Ant (Erik O'Grady)

    5. Taskmaster

    6. Anti-Man (Conner Sims -
he's now the herald of galactus, so I figure it would make sense for him to get involved, what with the cosmic cube)

    7. Madman (Philip Sterns)
(with the death of the Hulk, Sterns is now listless and without purpose in life - ENTER... captain hydra! ; ) )

    8. Baron Mordo
(with Steve's help, Mordo has become the SORCERER SUPREME!!)

There! This teams got a little bit of everything, and features villains whom have similar, somewhat grey opinions, or whom are easily controlled/manipulated, by Captain Hydra.

I like it; especially the addition of Mordo. Connor seems crazy enough that he could be persuaded to join; in the same capacity as the Sentry.

    Cap - Steve

    Iron Man - Tony

Vanguard(has no weapons but can still deflect things by crossing his arms)

Ursa Major(now able to transform in various animals)

(both Ursa and Vanguard have become American citizens)

Black Knight(no more of that blueish stuff, new outfit, all black, mix of armor and costume a la Batman. no Ebony blade either. Essentially is a medieval knight that uses high-tech weapons)

Adventura(Sharon Ventura former Ms. Marvel 2 return to active statue as hero. Similar outfit to what She-Hulk had in the 90s. No masks)

Starfox(Eternals all lost their flying/energy projection powers but have focused on one ability, fox projects fire)

Rogue(has all her Ms. Marvel powers back. Has returned her look to her villaineous ways with short hair. VERY cocky)

George Perez would draw and Ink this.

I Like the idea of Patsy and Dane on the same roster. I could even envision them in their own book together. I think that there would be something of a triangle dynamic in this line up with Remy and Dane vying for Patsy. Moonstone would be somewhat reformed but funny snarky cool and sometimes toxic[QUOTE=Photon Torme;2681719]This lot here would fight Supervillains, mean Aliens, and demons and the like but would also be regurly seen taking a few panels every issue to fight street, bank robberies, Slaving rings , poaching operations , and Natural Disasters:

thanks. it's pretty much Mockingbird's new one-shot team with Tigra thrown in. I speculated that she might be raising Williams in the Savageland.
