[Discussion]Help me remember what this super-old comic was called?

Hey guys, sorry if it's the wrong forum, but I am itching so bad to remember what this comic book was called.

Basically it's a:
* kids comic book, hand drawn
* old, think 1987-1991 probably?
* main characters are in space, and they have silly little laser guns
* characters have massive heads, long thin necks, and most of all, a rhomboid-like communicator badge

Does anybody have a clue as in to what comic book this was? Maybe it was an old "one off", and not a series, I can't remember for the life of me.

It looks like the main character from the cartoon Cayou.

"Zot"? "Galexy Express 999"? "Math Blaster"? "Fantastic Max"

Your making me think of this show with a kid alien, who is green. Also making me think about this french animation. Where they would transform and go into a 3d world or something along those lines.

I am sure it's not it, but your sketch brought to mind the Star Trek parody characters from the end of the Dreadstar run in '91...



your sketch particularly reminding me of the Spock-analogue on the left of the cover.
