    Default Captain Planet vs. Superman

    The EcoVillians under the command of Dr. Blight, have somehow brainwashed Superman in order to send him against Captain Planet. Will Supes be successful, or will Cap somehow break the brainwashing?

    Scenario A) Justice League (Unlimited) era Superman. This does include the Supes from Superman: The Animated Series--assuming it is canon in relations to the Justice League/Justice League Unlimited cartoons.

    Scenario B) Composite Animated Superman.

    Captain Planet grabs Superman by the cape, flies to the Earth's upper atmosphere and flings Superman into the sun. The increased solar radiation enhances Superman's power enabling him to snap out of it.

    Or Cap can just break the brainwashing using Heart.

    Cap can't do radiation, so even trying to use kryptonite would mess hum up just as much as Superman, if not more. Plus, Cap was mulched and put out of action by an oversized tree trimmer, I'd say Super "world of cardboard" man takes it.

    Animated Superman couldn't breathe in space. So if, CP does that and Supes doesn't have a spacesuit, he's going to be in for a rough time.
