I haven't seen s2 yet. Does the DD logo appear on Daredevil's costume?
Because, if it hasn't appeared yet then it is one of the things that i want to see in s3!

Yeah, and I think that was basically their way of acknowledging her Born Again arc, but as a part of her past and not future. It's sort of the emotional fuel that drives her to be a better person. It would be a crushing disappointment at this point if Karen became a drug addict, since she's such a strong character.
And let's be honest, I don't even think Fisk needs anyone at this point to tell him that Murdock is really Daredevil. It was strongly implied when that he tasted Murdock's blood on his lip and recognized it as Daredevil's. Or something along those lines. Maybe it was his own blood and he recognized DD's fighting spirit?
Not sure Bullseye really works as a 'main' villain over thirteen whole episodes. He's just too basic and simplistic as a character: he kills things, he has super accuracy, he's a bit crazy. I mean, he's an excellent henchman/physical threat villain for sure, but as a moral or intellectual challenge to Murdock? Not really buying it, and I say that as someone who likes him. He would probably serve as a decent replacement now that Nobu is no longer the go-to kicker-of-Matt's-ass in a physical brawl.
My personal choice for the third season would be for the Owl (Leland Junior, who has more of the physical threat of the comics version than his dear old dad) to pop up and muscle in on the gangland war whilst Fisk is in jail whilst seeking revenge on Daredevil for Papa's demise. It would tick plenty of boxes: we get Daredevil versus the mob, we get an old-school DD rogue and it also gets Fisk involved pretty organically and naturally (and maybe gives DD a 'better the devil you know' dilemma to work through?)
I think to really get the right kick out of Born Again we need to save it for season 4. I would rather see next season be the Kingpin putting a price on Daredevils head and that brings people like Typhoid Mary, Bullet, Bushwacker, and Mr. Fear to town gunning for DD. All the while Fisk is still using the courts to try and get out of jail with Matt working with DA to keep him in. At the end of the season Fisk is set free and in the end you see him talking to one of his underlings saying it is time to bring in someone who is up for the job. In his hand you see a FBI/CIA file with the name Bullseye printed on it.
One character that I wonder about as far as rights go is Tombstone. If Marvel could use him he would work great on DD, Jessica Jones, or Luke Cage. He would just fit the Netflix universe perfectly. I could see him rising up to power in the Kingpins absence.

Tombstone would probably best be left to Luke Cage, I think you could do some interesting parallels there: African-American, jail time, similar powers etc. Whereas against DD he'd be a discount Kingpin: crimelord who is bigger/stronger than DD in a fight. I am not sure he'd really bring much new to the table.
I'd like to see them take a complete left turn and give us some huge silver age concepts.
- Mephisto (Inferno would be an incredible season long arc)
- Kree (Captain Mar-Vell was first sent to Earth as a spy, I think his stories could be easily appropriated into Daredevil's mythos)
- Kulan Garth (Ancient Wizard turns New York City into medevil times)
- Namor (The discovery of Atlateans and a memory wiped Namor)
- Omega The Unknown (A mysterious Superman type figure who is drawn to a young boy)
