I mostly agree, but the Source Wall part seems like a low showing for the Wall. Also, the galaxy buster killed him. His floating head had to be manually revived by one of his Manhunter goons for him to come back.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but didn't the Manhunters reviving him basically consist of flipping a switch? Dude's basically like a weird electromagnetic consciousness at this point.

If Post-Crisis, wouldn't the fact Batman built Brother eye (and if this Ultron can use those abilities freely) pretty much seal the fate of any traditional Hero on Dc Earth? You'd need to get into the reality warpers or borderline magic reality warpers and stuff to win...

Brother Eye, as Batman built it, was just a souped up spy satelite. It only ever got nasty once Maxwell Lord started to upgrade it with Brainiac 13 tech like the OMACs.
