    What a hack job.
God, it's just so unfathomable how bad it is. Like, a major studio released this. It is embarrassing.

Sounds like the first three Twilight films' Blu-ray releases - almost every store had a unique version with exclusive bonus footage. There were at least 5 versions, maybe as many as 10 for "New Moon". Very frustrating, especially because it became an easter egg hunt trying to see which stores even had any left. lol

Henry's face is normal here, so the photo of him was taken early. I bet we can find issues with superhero costumes in just about every movie if we pause scenes & look for negatives.
But what about Clay Enos' photos of Superman in Justice League?

I remember watching that in the theater. I thought at that time that he looks virtually unrecognizable. It actually looks like this guy's not Henry Cavill. He's somebody else. His upper lip actually reminds me of Lord Hanuman. A demigod in Indian Vedic culture.

Son of the Wind God, he is actually an ape. And among the wisest and most powerful.

Its embarrassing. Though understandable. They simply ran out of time. Had the film been pushed back it would have time to bring more polish to the cgi. Its did not bother me very much. But one can clearly see how embarrassing it can be.

Yeah. I thought it actually was someone else and that the footage was of some in-story actor playing Superman after his death.

    What about them?

My point is that sometimes the diamond point isn't quite straight, and it's not just a Whedon thing. Happened with Snyder too, it's just a result of the shield being a seperate piece from the suit. I don't think it's anything to get worked up over as you can only see it in still frames. Different strokes I guess.

Every post I make, it should be assumed by the reader that the following statement is attached: "It's all subjective. What works for me doesn't necessarily work for you, and vice versa, and that's ok. You may have a different opinion on it, but this is mine. That's the wonderful thing about being a comics fan, it's all subjective."

These toys should get "Mustache" and "Uncanny Missing Mustache" variants.

Honestly I feel like they should embrace the mustache and release the dvd in all its glory regardless of the fact that it makes no sense in the story. The mustache is 1000% better than the CGI debacle at this stage and no doubt Henry looks good in it compared to that sometimes nightmare inducing face he was saddled with in the theatrical cut.

Then you'd have people complaining that Superman looks like a 1970s porn star.

Henry Cavill said in an interview that during reshoots his mustache was waxed in order to be properly removed with CGI, so it would still look weird regardless.
