Jonathan Hickman possibly on a DC Title/Titles?

I thought this was really cool I didn't read much Marvel other then a select few titles that I found on Comixology in till the Time Runs out stuff which got me into some other characters so I backtracked and followed some stuff involving Time Runs Out, I read Infinity and enjoyed Secret Wars (2015) it probably has to be my favorite company event.


So if this is true I think it's awesome would like to see him on JL, Maybe Earth 2, any preferences?

Problem is that Hickman is sort of a troll; not a mean spirited one, but it's hard to know when he's serious. Though I think it's a joke, I hope it's true.

Yeah I definitely think its possible. I just don't follow him often enough to really know his humour.

Would love this to be true, wonder what they would put him on. Feel he would be great on Superman of Justice League book, but if this is true would be a big get for DC.

Checking into this and I think it is true. Hickman is no longer exclusive to Marvel and isn't currently doing anything with them. East of West does pretty well for an indie, but it's not making him Kirkman level rich. It's possible Johns said here...the DCU is yours to play around with for awhile

It's probably a joke. For one, I doubt that DC would let him reveal that on Twitter. Furthermore, he was tweeting about how much he loved BvS-like destruction porn.

Probably a joke, but he is a big LSH fan. We know Legion's going to be part of Rebirth, but no title was announced. Maybe he's finishing up some other things first, or maybe they were waiting for his answer and this is it?

I don't see what the joke would be here.

The humor (destroyed one universe, he can do another) is only in reference to the main point (that he's (maybe) working for DC). Without the main point of his tweet, it takes away from the humor and makes the tweet completely pointless. And he's not stupid, he knows that tweet would ignite discussion and speculation--it's a tease, and one that he made on purpose--and why do it unless he's actually hinting at something?

Joke or otherwise, the possibilities are wildly intriguing.

My first thought was Superman, but I think I like that LSH suggestion even more. I'd love to see him playing around with DC's 31st century.

Oh my god yes!! Please! This is so exciting. He would be great on Justice League. Keep that complex and mature tone that he used with Avengers but also acknowledge the classic stories like he did with his F4 run.
