    Default Galactus sues Unicron

    Tired of Unicron profiting off of his ideas, the Devourer of Worlds takes the "first evil" to court. The judge is the Living Tribunal. Plaintiff seeks injunction to prohibit Unicron from doing anymore devouring of planets and damages reaching into the zillions of dollars. Who wins?
