While I intensely dislike Vulcan [especially his Deadly Genesis origin], I think he would make a good antagonist. Tyke just keeps running into long-lost family... but this one's overpowered and not very nice.

I doubt he'll have many serious villains to deal with...it seems like this book is meant to be a lighter space adventure.

I think Vulcan would make a good villain for this book. Everyone else that died in the Fault has come back, except for him and Rider.

I'd be surprised if Rucka would bring back Vulcan. Theme he seems to be pushing is the whole father-son relationship plus it seems like Marvel has been content with leaving Vulcan in limbo and also having a light tone as well.

Would be worth asking him though since there is some good story potential there.
