So this just got released worldwide. I'm enjoying the game a lot, also the fact that Wasp is pretty good is a huge plus for me. Here are the playable characters:

I play MAA1 so I may not bother trying this one after all.

Okay so... how do you get more characters? I remember in the other one you got to choose, but here it's just random? Blah. I want my She-Hulk/Wasp/Nebula team.

I wish there was an easier way to get characters besides the random way. I already got She-Hulk and Wasp, but I want Captain Marvel and Thor too. Other than that, pretty fun game so far

I think getting heroes randomly is what I don't like about it. Works fine in Contest of Champions, but I'd like to be able to work towards earning a particular hero, like in the first one or Future Fight.

So, I decided to give it a whirl.

My ancient no-so-smartphone works the game fine after a retry, except for the small screen. I don't own a tablet.

Is there a way of getting the game to function on my laptop?

Game keeps on crashing for a while and I also used gold to gain some heroes. Heroes look good, but I'm hoping to get She-Hulk on the team.

Got six heroes so far, including 3* Widow. Still wish there was an easier way to get new heroes.

So, apparently the game is available in the Windows Store. I just downloaded it to my laptop. I'm starting over from my phone app version, but that's okay.

Started playing last night.
So far, so good.
A few crashes but not as many as what I've seen mentioned in the Android Market reviews.

I was a bit hesitant, but my first hero was Iron Fist so it won me over a bit.
Currently have Hawkeye, Iron Fist, Wasp and Vision at level 9 and Hank Pym at level 8. And Hawkeye, Iron Fist and Wasp are waiting for materials to level to 10.
Finished chapter one and now flipping between Hard chapter one and Normal chapter 2.
Oh, and I'm bouncing back and forth between Rank 25 and Rank 24 in PVP.

My thoughts...
I like the updated graphics.
The variety of abilities is a plus.
Having five characters in your team is better than three. Now you can use a full favorite team.
Plays really good on a touch screen.
The game came after the X-Men/FF restrictions, so unlike the first Avengers Alliance they're being kept out.
On the bright side, the lack of X-Men and FF means that Marvel may actually support the game by mentioning it in their game panels.
Oh, and I like the random hero gain because it means more variation, especially in PVP, and it kinda forces you to try out characters you probably wouldn't otherwise.

I was worried that Playdom would neglect the new game because of what happened with Tactics, but it really does look like they're gearing up to discontinue Avengers Alliance and put their full attention on the sequel.
Which makes sense because the new game does look like an improvement, plays smooth, will garner support from Marvel, is mobile and the first game has probably reached a point where paying players are on the decline.

And looking forward to Doctor Strange.

I haven't been having any trouble getting in...
However, after waiting for 9 energy so I can do a mission, it crashed on me.

On the plus side, I was playing with the graphics settings since the default is "low"... and played a couple PVPs to see the difference.
And the medium and high graphics aren't just a simple upscale. It's almost a whole new experience with character viewpoints changing per action.

Also... and this may already be known... I just discovered that if you swap heroes out they slowly heal while not in battle.
