What is the best debate in fiction? As a bonus what is the worst debate in fiction?
I think the best recent debate I seen was Daredevil and Punisher in episode 3 of the Daredevil season 2. The supposed debate between the ideologies of Batman and Superman in the Batman vs. Superman movie is really stupid.

That was really good. When you think about it, it was just the current equivalent of the kinds of arguments that used to take place in comics in the 1960's, the only difference being that they were not making philosophical statements while in the middle of throwing punches. Plus in the 60's, it would have been a hero versus villain debate, not a hero and a questionable hero. Originally Posted by The Overlord

book v. movie v. play v. Videogame v. real-life
There is also musical v. movie
Fact v. Fiction is also another standard
Another debate is who invented what and when it was shown in fiction for the first time and if that person was inspired to invent that product via fiction as it's inspiration.
