I don't think Sersi and the Eternals are Aliens. However, if the Dreaming Celestial is still on earth, he'd certainly be an "alien".

Does the cosmic council's prohibition on Earth visits, "Earth is off limits" still apply? Half those alien empire leaders (J'Son, Freya, Supreme Intelligence, Brood Queen) have been taken off the board.

Crusader was shot by 3D Man. While his fate was left unresolved, I'm counting him as "dead" as there is no less noble way to die in this millennium than at the hands of 3D Man. Considering the Freedom Ring was powered by a part of a cosmic cube and parts of cosmic cubes are the McGuffin in Standoff, he's got an outside shot at appearing in the near future.

Jazinda was deported by SWORD (She-Hulk's skrull friend mentioned above)

Moondragon is still in space as of Phyla-Vell's death. Unless she has come back to earth in a comic I don't read.

He was wearing what was effectively a magic wishing ring and disappeared in a flash of light after being shot. While I doubt he'll appear any time soon, his "death" was ambiguous, even for Marvel.

Like ED said she came back in the Chaos War storyline along with Shaman, Guardian, and Vindicator. They then had an 8 issue mini series. Marrina is kind of a bad ass now and has a bit of a hard edge after being killed off. The mini series was pretty good and had a great creative team on it.
