IIRC Frank fought through repeated blows to the head by Daredevil and his billy club and was still able to put a bullet into Matt's head with perfect aim, not sure if Bobbi can put him down without similarly taking a bullet to her very unarmored head.

Well Bobbi has quite a good soak too (not as good as Frank's but she still put up a fight after hours of torture).
As for getting past Frank's her batons could help with that maybe?

She needs the soak to both outlast Frank, and the output to get through his soak, is the main issue here. If she doesn't have the output, he's going to tear her arms off and beat her with them. Not literally because he's not that strong, but she's gonna be dead so it doesn't really matter.

As for getting past Frank's her batons could help with that maybe?

As Hiromi pointed out, Matt wailed on him with his clubs and Frank still took aim and shot him in the head perfectly without killing him to send a message- so perfectly, a shot placed anywhere else would have killed Matt. He also has a similar 'functional after toruture' feat, and after being tortured was able to fire a 12ga Shotgun by slinging his arm behind him. To compare, my uncle broke his arm attempting the same some years back, and his only mistake was being full of beer.

Didn't it take about 3 dudes lighting with Tazers to put Frank down?

Bobbi's electrified clubs might not have enough oomph to stop Frank before he horribly maims her to death.

I feel like it would likely go about the same as DD and Punisher. Maybe slightly better with Bobbi's SHIELD martial arts training, but ultimately I see it going down in the favor of the Punisher.

Frank soaked a few tasers before dropping. By few, I mean took about 3 to bring him to his knees.
