Really wish the boots were red. That being said it's definitely better than the new 52 suit. The big collar was so ugly.
My point being that version of superman is extremely dated. It was still acceptable in the 80s/90s but Superman has gotten very dated and his popularity shrunk while batman only got more and more popular. So to have that classic costume of Superman in 2016, I couldn't see many artist making it modern other than Frank Quietly or Dawyn Cooke.

Seriously, he's looking more and more like his Earth-3 counterpart Ultraman.

As to the lastest version...he definitely needs red boots and that belt has to go.

    Stick to the classic DC!
Always preferred a darker blue myself...

    Needs brighter colors.

It looks good, but I'm not crazy about the transparent cape.
I like to post pictures of my comic books on Instagram.

So happy the high collar is dead and buried.

I actually like the blue boots. Very First Appearance Superman.

I know he has said he's more of a Marvel fan. I just wish I didn't need to see Jim Lee's new designs on everything from Superman to Scooby-Doo.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but when I think of my DC, I think of the drawings of Garcia-Lopez.

Looks like DC is going back to the Golden Age with the all blue suit.

Yeah, the closer they get to the original (traditional), the better it gets.
just a couple more revisions and it should be perfect.

Good point. Everyone knows wearing a blue unitard with footies is so much more modern.

Garcia-Lopez is an unquestionably iconic DC artist, a master. That powder blue color, however, is all wrong for the Man of Steel.
