Deadpool grabbed Colossus' crotch and wondered aloud "...Dad?" in the first movie. If anything, grabbing some cheek during a hug is a step down in raunch.

Due to the yellow on his mouth (which admittedly might be the running lights shining directly on him), my guess is Zeitgeist from the first issue of Milligan's X-Force.

Because if a mutant with the power of deadly vomiting was ever going to appear in a movie, it'd be in Deadpool.

I’m guessing Department of Mutant Corrections since it looks like Nathan is participating in a jail break. Or possibly Department of Mutant Control. But my money is on the former.

1) Human form won't look that buffed

2) Could be a sort of injoke

3) I think just highlights the absurdity of him being a gentle giant
