Apparently, this has unfortunately been debunked.

Personally, I wasn't wild about Terry being recast as Asian. I'd rather they stay faithful to the original version of the character and develop the existing characters of Dana Tan, Max Gibson, Kai-Ro, Micron and Rex Stewart if they want better "POC" representation.

I like Young Justice animated's versions of Jade Nguyen and Artemis Crock much better than their comic counterparts. I feel Comic Jade ended up too much of an outdated "Dragon Lady" stereotype.

It's not in the upcoming dc shows list any more.

Traci Thirteen appears in the third season of Young Justice, subtitled Outsiders, voiced by Lauren Tom. Here, she is known as Traci Thurston/Thirteen.

In October 2017, it was announced that The CW was developing a one-hour drama series based on Traci Thirteen and her father Dr. Terrance Thirteen, titled Project 13, with Elizabeth Banks attached as an executive producer. The project never came to fruition.

This looks very interesting. Although Jan 2020 seems so far away as a release date. It will be interesting to see if Tai sticks around and is incorporated into the larger DC universe.
