I remember an interview where Kinberg said that in the new X-Men films, we will not see the actors from the old trilogy. So this news is not surprising.

I'm interested now. They said he was suppose to be featured throughtout the next couple of films, so I'm glad it is happening.

Also, James Mangold has stated that we'll be getting some footage soon (probably within a couple weeks). Given the crazy level of secrecy surrounding the film (I don't think we've seen any actual set photos other than the ones from the casino shoot back in May/June) I've been pretty impatient to learn SOMETHING. It's weird that we're this deep into production and we don't even have names to associate with any of the characters so far.

Curiously nondescript choice of title, especially their decision not to make use of the Wolverine name in any way.

I'm also getting a bit of a Schindler's List vibe from that poster. And I wonder whose hand he's holding. X-23's?
