Has anyone mentioned Woodgod yet?
Banshee
Black Knight
I'd love to see more of the ones we barely got to see, like Gorilla Girl and Telemetry and Melee.
And I miss Butterball, who needs to spend some time hanging out with Leech at the Baxter Building, doing free weights and drinking protein shakes, so that he can tone up while Leech is keeping his powers shut down.
Ultra Girl
Tigra
Jack of hearts
Alpha Flight
Jennifer Walters, She-hulk (and no, the character in Avengers is not her sadly.)
The Spider-Woman mutants:
Skein
Nekra
Poltergeist
Siryn
Needle
The Loners
Horus

I liked thor girl/tarene
"We live in a world of cowards. We live in a world full of small minds who are afraid. We are ruled by those who refuse to risk anything of their own. Who guard their over bloated paucities of power with money. With false reasoning. With measured hesitance. With prideful, recalcitrant inaction. With hateful invective. With weapons. F@#K these selfish fools and their prevailing world order." Tony Stark
Red Wolf. They ended his series in mid-story and I don't think he's been mentioned since. I have no idea what happened to the other Red Wolves.
Also, I second the call for Ultra-Girl and Tigra.

So man great characters in his thread I'd like to see come back. I wish Marvel had done more with their new Weird world status quo (is it still there). Utilize the characters and concepts from Crystar, Arkon's Polemachus, Skull the Slayer (the tower connecting different time and realities from his series alone has so much potential) and the original Weird World characters. How someone can't make a fantasy series staring Black Knight work in that setting is beyond me.
My go to obscure character though is Solar Man
