Right now, the soundtrack in my head is Slade's "Run Runaway," Van Halen's "Running with the Devil," Del Shannon's "Runaway," Manfred Mann's "Runner," Jackson Browne's "Running on Empty," and Bonnie Tyler's "Faster than the Speed of Night."

Heh! Clever! Don't forget "Runnin' Down A Dream" by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, "Running With The Pack" by Bad Company, "Run Like Hell" by Pink Floyd, "The Long Run" by The Eagles and, of course, "Born To Run" by Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band

When it come to the phrase "Run For Your Life" there is only one song that haunts me:

Speaking as someone who played my cassette of the "American Graffitti" soundtrack in my old Chevy Nova a lot, how about an oldie like "Runaway" by Del Shannon

And since we have a lot of legendary artists in this thread I will raise you with a Jack Kirby
