Assuming the DoJ approve the Disney-Fox deal, I'd say 24-25 is probably the soonest we'd see those properties in solo MCU films.

We might see characters and concepts introduced in small ways before that, like in end-credits scenes, but a full fledged X-Men or FF movie? Yeah, not until 24......maybe 23 if Marvel *really* wants to rush it.

Honestly, as much as I'd love to see Doctor Doom and Galactus in a MCU movie, I really hope the deal is denied.

came in at #1 with $258.1M, the biggest opening weekend of all time topping the previous record holder Star Wars: The Force Awakens which opened with $247.9M by over $10M. I mean I guess it also had the highest Saturday gross of all time with $83M (far surpassing the previous record holder Jurassic World's $69.6M Saturday gross) and the highest Sunday with $69.2M (surpassing the $60.5M Sunday gross of Force Awakens) but it only came in #2 for all time Friday and biggest single day with $105.9M so it's kind of a huge flop huh? I mean I guess it'll make its money overseas, cause it was the biggest worldwide debut ever massively topping previous record holder Fate of the Furious' $541.9M opening with $640.8M so I guess it'll scrape by. Oh and it beat that record without even opening in China this weekend so there's that. I mean it only topped Justice League's entire domestic run and almost its entire worldwide run in a single weekend so ya know, it's close. Too bad, guess they'll have to cancel Avengers 4 and turn it into a TV series. Was a good run.

and Black panther ended up back in the top 5, now at 688 domestic... it could make it to 700.

I honestly think Thunderbolts and Nova are a lock.

I sort of wish Avengers 4 wasn't coming out for quite awhile and they'd have a Thunderbolts team trying to pick up the slack in the interim while the world is grappling with the fallout of Avengers: IW.

I'd have it feature Ant-Man, Wasp, Hawkeye and possibly throw in Vulture.

I'm not sure who else they could use but obviously some other guys Vulture and Ant-Man know from their ethically dubious circles.

Not sure which villains... I could see Abom being used as a nuclear option for the team (give Hawk an arrow that can kill him). But other than that, unsure. I guess Ghost is gonna be in antman so she could work (if she lives, always a question with MCU villains).
