Anybody know an artist who does commission? I have a idea want drawn.
The agreement also provides Disney with the opportunity to reunite the X-MEN with the Marvel family under one roof and create richer, more complex worlds of inter-related characters and stories that audiences have shown they love. It only makes sense for Marvel to be supervised by one entity. There shouldn't be two Marvels.

Those artists are often much better than they're given credit for, and they're diverse in styles and subject matter. The specific site I check has an added bonus of being almost exclusively about art. Other sites like deviantart have photography in the mix that make it harder to find someone that takes commissions.
Alternately, you may be able to just do a search on places like deviantart for a specific popular character, find something you like, and see if they have commission prices up.
As a random artist name to just throw out there, I've always enjoyed soap-committee's (Rebecca Gunter-Ryan) work when I've commissioned her. Last time I did so was this piece in 2014 to try to promote All-New X-Factor #14, cause Marvel was bending over backwards to try to suppress knowledge of Polaris and Scarlet Witch spending time together in that issue.
