Nope. Theres been several wolverine stories that had Wolverines. Of the top of my head is Wolverine first series #43. In it logan stops a seriel killer dressed as a zoo keeper. A wolverine that was let out of its cage help take him down

I think it IS the first time that Wolverine has OWNED a wolverine, though.

AFAIK he first shows up in #9. However I can't rule out that they have him pop up at the end of this one as a cliffhanger.
