Apparently it's by a publisher called Mad Cave Studious which I've never heard of. Art looks decent.

Mad Cave has a number of comic strip property licenses they will be publishing. Flash Gordon is the one I am most interested in (including a new collection of Defenders of the Earth), but I did preorder the first couple issues of Dick Tracy.

I am pretty hyped for this. I love the old Dick Tracy radio program, series and even the movie as goofy as it was. I look forward to this.
