That's precisely why I added them. Apart from that, I think that it'd be intersting. Deadpool and Wolverine could return to Canada in order to find more about Weapon X, Butler and all that. Alpha Flight can still be recovering but I'd like to see them united again.

Some Manical, vastly powerful entity recruits/ extorts the above roster into assembling with advance notice or horrible crimes and diasters. heis wildly amused at the notion of them all being d list playes whose names start with the letter D. Except for Howard and Puck... the Dwarf and Duck. This title would be pretty comedic but the team and heroes themselves are not jokes. They're pretty capable. D list refers more to a lack of prominence than lack of competence.

I just like Blackheart. Visually, I think he's very interesting. As for a reason? Well, one can think up any number of reasons the enemy of someone's enemy becomes a friend. As far as I've come to know, Mephisto and Blackheart aren't always on good terms as father and son, right? Maybe the antagonist of the team is Mephisto and Blackheart joins them as an opportunity to knock dad from the throne of Hell and take over as new lord.

Seems like as logical a reason as any - the enemy of my enemy... I can't see it work for more than one arc though, but it could be a pretty good arc. =)
