Movie Deadpool is nowhere near as invulnerable as comic Deadpool. He can shrug off bullets but he still doesn't heal the wounds quickly so much as he just is able to ignore them.

Mm, I think it'd be a good fight honestly. But with Matt not having a definite way of putting him down longer than 10 seconds without stabbing him through the heart or otherwise doing enough damage (he healed from a bullet would in about 6 seconds or so), and with Deadpool having some ridiculous accuracy with both thrown weapons and his gun. Matt's likely going lose more often than he gets lucky.
