Basically a human being who is as strong, fast, durable, and skilled as a real life human can possibly be.

Peak humans also kind of suck, if they're not in comic books. They get cut as easily as anyone else, they are not necessarily trained to fight animals (who is?), and don't possess any natural weaponry.
