What If Banner was Cured early on and stayed cured I'm thinking of The Doc Samson story way back. Who would inherit The Hulk's bad guys? The Fantastic Four, Ironman , Spidey. Could hero losses, defeats and fatalities be the result? Maybe Doc Samson would step in and have a more robust hero career. If Jen got a blood transfusion from a fully cured Bruce we'd have no She Hulk. Where would tHunderbolt Ross turn his paranoia and wrath? Toward Mutants, Maybe?

There are a handful of Hulk-tier powerful Marvel characters, some retcons admittedly, that would fill the void in Hulk's absence. Thor would probably inherit most of them, since he's one of Marvel's franchise players, but Hercules, The Forgotten One, Sentry, Miracleman, Blue Marvel and others might all step in to help save the day.
