I could see it going the other way. Life is so miserable for Ollie, Barry and the others on Arrowverse world--they might want to load up the truck and move to Earth-B.

The question is, how is it going to go down? Will she be stranded on Arrow-Earth or will some sort of Crisis event merge all the Earths together? If this is how we get Superman in the Arrow-verse finally, it wouldn't break my heart any!
