Timeframe of this comic setting jumps around, the Mexican one was set in 1869, I'm not on any social media online so like I stated before I need to contact him so I can pitch my ideas at him.
Like showing America in the 19th Century and depending how America is the Pinkertons would be Federal Law inforcers, just as they were in history until the USA goverment passed laws forbidding outside sources of being Federal Law.
These Men in Black are like the Russian Secret Police,
