the girl in red is Arrowette. The other two are Traci 13 and Spoiler.

Almost the same I think with certain episodes focusing on just one team, similar to how Invasion treated the main team vs. the Black Ops team. It will build up to them teaming up at the end.

I really hope that Cassie/Tim get a lot of focus this season. They were severely underused in S3. They might as well have not even been around.

I think this was confirmed for a full 26-episode order, if I recall correctly.

don't count on it too much, they've already said the core season 1 characters are still the core focuz.

That wasnt an issue in S2. Impulse/Blue Beetle/Beast Boy still got plenty to do.
