Eh, speed issue is hard to quantify due to DB's nebulous speed feats, but what has the PPGs done in terms of physical strength on the level of base Goku leveling islands by punting a mostly holding back Frieza hard enough to cause a massive earthquake, which in turn did diddly squat amounts of damage to him? Much less something that would let her get past the durability of a gal that broke the sword used to casually slice a berserk and allegedly stronger version of Frieza to salsa by blocking a full out swing of it with her skin?

You mean apart from repeatedly lifting and/or smashing mountain-sized objects without much effort? Tossing giant monsters out past lunar orbit. Or throwing large buildings into space. Oh, and the time Buttercup lifted Big Ben while he was lifting the top of Mount Everest. And bear in mind that Bubbles is the only one of the PPG's with something resembling a SS form that outclassed her sisters. Hell, even her spitballs knock people as durable as her for loops and carve trenches in the ground.

Bubbles from the old series had a HARD! CORE! mode that scared the beejeebus out of everyone. Has the new Bubbles ever gone hard core like the old one has? Because if Bubbles can go hard core, Android 18 is massively screwed.

It was a mountaintop that she lifted with two hands, though admittedly casually.



Conversely, while they were both warming up, base Goku hit Frieza heard enough to level two small islands and cause Namek to shake all the way to the horizon so hard that Piccolo was staggering, and did no damage at all to a mostly unpowered Frieza. Also during that fight base Goku ignored being shoved backwards hard enough to split a small hill and and failed to damage Frieza when he chucked him hard enough to cause a hill/mountain to explode.

After SSJ Trunks diced Cyborg Frieza with casual ease, SSJ Goku was able to charge his finger up enough to block the blade that did the slicing with it. After 3 years of hardcore training, SSJ Goku was able to, mid-heart attack, chuck Android #19 heard enough to make a mountain explode, doing no damage to it at all. Then SSJ Vegeta came up and ripped the Android in question's arms off while it was actively draining Vegeta's power significantly.

Then #18 comes on stage and no sells hits from a seriously pissed off SSJ Vegeta before breaking his arm and breaks Trunks' Frieza Dicing Sword by blocking it with her bare arm.



That is to say that this is being done by someone who is a small fraction of the power of the guy he failed to hurt, who was only using a small fraction of his own full power, which in turn is a butterfly's fart compared to this lady:
